precautions for kids during rainy season. Here are some precautions it may help

system for kids. The food, parents choose is the best way to keep them healthy.

Foods and Drinks :
Fruits like watermelon, bananas, chikoos, apples, pears, papayas and oranges in
their breakfast helps in boosting thier immunity. To boost their immune system
during this monsoon, include beetroot in their diet which helps to prevent
anaemia, reduce inflammation, and fight against several infections.

kids back in schools and the weather getting chill. While there is no magic

Practice children to wash their hands frequently with soap and water
for at least 20 seconds, especially before meals and after playing outside. When

intervals. Due to cold weather, frequent urination in rainy season for kids are

our campus clean and tidy.

Increase kids’ intake of vitamin C-rich foods like
citrus fruits, strawberries, and bell peppers to support their immune system
during the rainy season. Adding various new dishes in their menu helps to take
healthy foods in their daily diet.
Keep warm and dry :
Make it a game by having kids pick out their favourite
rain gear, accessories and layers like long underwear, fleece, and wool socks
help trap body heat and wick away moisture.
