We conduct regular internal assessments as well as term exams. They help us assess a student’s performance and guide them in a better manner. We work with them on their weak areas and strengthen their strong suits. These assessments are followed by the annual examination, where a student’s overall performance during the academic year is evaluated and reported.
True to our goal of incorporating a modern approach to deliver the best education to our students, our classrooms are equipped with smart technology and innovative methods. We have smart classes, and virtual reality for a better and deeper understanding of concepts. Our innovative methods use robotics, lego and educational games for a fun learning experience.
Our belief in inclusivity extends to our practical endeavours to make education accessible and enriching for all our students, regardless of their ethnic, social, economic or financial background, physical abilities or orientation. Our teachers and staff are trained in interacting with students with empathy. They can identify their specific needs and challenges. Together with students, they devote additional hours to learning and overcoming challenges one at a time.
Our campus infrastructure is also designed to make spaces accessible to all people. Our school is a safe space for all children to unleash their talent and reach their highest potential, with nothing but support and guidance from us.
The safety of our pupils and staff is our utmost priority. We have installed more than 100 HD cameras in strategically important locations throughout the campus and in all classrooms. Every floor and vulnerable position— such as the science lab— has a fire extinguisher. The fire extinguishers undergo regular maintenance checks and are replaced when they expire. Our staff is trained to respond to any emergency situation.
We have a dedicated app that tracks all operational school buses using GPS. This allows us to monitor the safety of our students even when they are out of the campus in the school bus
Emergency numbers are displayed prominently on notice boards and classrooms. We conduct regular drills to train our students in safety measures that will guide them away from a hazardous situation, should something like this occur.
We have a healthy student-teacher ratio of 1:10 for Kindergarten and as mandated by the CISCE guidelines for classes 1 to 10. All our teachers are highly qualified individuals and approved by the Council.
We regularly conduct training and development programmes that help our teachers hone their skills and stay abreast with the latest developments in education. The programmes include discussions and feedback with experts about how to make learning enriching for students.
Parents are regularly kept in the loop regarding everything that concerns their child’s development. Parents can expect periodic Progress reports, regular updates through our Online platform, regular Open house and Parent teacher meetings.
